About us

Services are provided by The AI Architects (ABN 20 430 551 548), based in Doncaster East, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Strategy session

The strategy session fee (starting from $300) is payable before the session takes place. This session includes a review of your current workflows, identification of AI opportunities, and delivery of a written report within 5 business days.

Implementation work

Implementation is quoted per project. All implementation work requires a written agreement — including a defined scope, deliverables, and price — before any work begins.

4-week warranty

All implementation work is covered by a 4-week bug-fix warranty from go-live. This covers defects in what was built — if something does not work as agreed, we will fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover enhancements, new features, or changes to scope.

Third-party tools

We are not liable for outages, service interruptions, or changes in subscription costs by third-party tools used as part of your solution. We will always inform you of any tools and their associated costs before work begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
